Carrot spread

Spreads are always a good idea! You can eat them for lunch on a cracker, as a snack or while drinking wine with your friends. I discovered this delicious and healthy carrot spread. It is lovely with integral bread sticks.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots 300 gr.
  • Tahin (sesame paste) 1 Ts
  • Lemon juice 2 Ts
  • Sesame seeds 1 Ts + extra

Boil the carrots for about 5 minutes. Blend them for about 1 minute in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients and blend together. Sprinkle some extra sesame on top, serve and enjoy.
