Super Red Berry Smoothie
It is smoothie time again! This time I’m making a delicious super red berry smoothie. Of course these days you almost cannot make a smoothie without adding superfoods. So here is a super superfood smoothie:
- 200ml coconut water
- 2 tablespoons goji berries (if you have time soak them in the coconut water for a few hours)
- Teaspoon flax seeds
- Teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 handfuls of strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
Blend this all together and pour it in a nice smoothie jar. You can make this smoothie for breakfast or have it as a fruit boost in the afternoon.
